Christoph M.

Christoph M. has a diverse work experience in the leather industry. Christoph started their career at Boxmark World Leather GmbH & Co KG as an apprentice as a Tanner in 2000. After three years, they became the General Center Manager Assistant - Finishing. In 2007, they left the company. In 2009, they joined Bader as an R&D specialist for Bader Special Leather until 2011. At Bader, Christoph held various roles, including Production Manager - Finishing, Assistant of COO, R&D Manager (Leather), Technical Manager - Production, and Technical Manager - R&D. Currently, they are working as the Director for R&D Leather AMERICAS.

Christoph M. completed a Diploma of Education in Finance for Non finance Professionals from Tecnológico de Monterrey in the years 2022-2023. Prior to this, they pursued a Leather Technical Engineer degree from LGR - Reutlingen between 2007 and 2009. Christoph also completed an apprenticeship in Tanner at LGR - Reutlingen from 2000 to 2003.
