Fernando Caccia has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Fernando started working at JCPenney in 1994, where they held positions such as District Operations Manager for Latin America and Senior Merchandising & Purchasing Manager. In 2002, they joined Cuinba (now GST Autoleather) as a Business Development Manager for Europe until 2005. Since 2006, they have been with Bader, starting as a Key Account Manager for Bader USA and then progressing to become the Managing Director and Key Account Manager. Fernando also served as the Interim CEO and is currently the CEO of Bader de México. Their responsibilities at Bader include overseeing various departments, such as Product Design & Development, Engineering, Quality, Sales & Program Management, and coordinating with multiple Bader locations worldwide.

Fernando Caccia completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration & Marketing from Universidad Panamericana from 1989 to 1994. Fernando has also obtained additional certifications in Advanced Purchasing & Merchandising Management, Economic Value Added, Mind Mapping, Spiral Dynamics, and Theory of Constraints from JCPenney, Tony Buzan, Adizes Institute, and Eli Goldratt.
