Johnny Cao

Johnny Cao has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Johnny began their career in 2008 at Keiper, where they worked in operation controlling and provided guidance to the Asian local controller. In 2011, they joined Johnson Controls as a Controlling Operations specialist, focusing on financial management and investment controlling. Johnny then moved on to MAT Foundries Europe in 2012, where they served as a Finance Controller with a focus on a China project. In 2013, they joined MAT (Dalian) Auto Parts Ltd. as a Finance Controller, where they built and improved the accounting and controlling team. Johnny then joined Bader in 2014, initially as the CFO of Bader Automotive Leather (Dalian) Co. Ltd. In 2015, they became the CFO of Bader China Ltd., and eventually rose to the position of Vice General Manager & CFO in 2017. Overall, Johnny has a strong background in finance and has held various leadership roles throughout their career.

Johnny Cao studied Economics at the University Hohenheim in Germany from 2001 to 2003. Johnny then pursued a degree in Controlling at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund, Germany from 2003 to 2007, where they completed their Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) qualification.
