Thomas Straub has extensive experience in the automotive and leather industries, currently serving as a Technical Assistant COO and Technical Customer Support for leather and seat covers at Bader since January 2015. Previously, Thomas held roles at Bader Polska sp. z o.o as a Quality Coordinator from October 2012 to December 2014, and at Bader from June 2006 to October 2012 as a Quality Account Manager, working with major clients such as Daimler, Audi, Porsche, and VW, while also leading the PPAP Leather Sampling Release team. Thomas began professional training as a Design Specialist in article development at Bader from August 2002 to September 2004. Education includes a degree as Lederfachmann / Gerber from Kerschensteinerschule Reutlingen, completed in 2001.
