Rishika Gudise

Rishika Gudise is an accomplished student and professional currently pursuing a degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. With a strong commitment to community service and professional development, Rishika holds multiple leadership roles in UW-Madison Women in Business, including Director of Inclusion, Director of Professional Development, and Community Involvement Director, selected as one of 25 members from over 200 applicants. As a Project Manager and Project Analyst at Badger Consulting, Rishika engages in market research and competitor analysis to support local businesses. Rishika also serves as an Information Technology/Business Analyst Intern at Johnson Controls and has previously contributed as a Program and Policy Analyst Intern at the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance, analyzing the state's reinsurance program using Python. Additional experience includes involvement with the Indian Student Association and teaching mathematics at Mathnasium. Rishika's educational journey began at Germantown High School, culminating in a high school diploma in 2022.
