Grant Billing

Mr. Billing is a corporate director who has served as a director for numerous public and private companies.

Prior to being a corporate director, Mr. Billing held various senior management positions including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Superior Plus Corp., President and Chief Executive Officer of Norcen Energy Resources Limited and President and Chief Executive Officer of Sceptre Resources Incorporated.

Mr. Billing is currently the Chairman of the Board of Tervita Corporation and is serving as a director of MEG Energy.

Mr. Billing holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant).
