Janelle Wilkins

Janelle Wilkins is an experienced professional in human resources and operational excellence, currently serving as Manager of HR Operational Excellence and Talent Acquisition Program Manager at Badger Infrastructure Solutions since May 2019. Prior to this role, Janelle worked at Encana Corporation from July 2010 to February 2019 in various capacities, including HR Analyst/HR Administrator, Meetings and Events Specialist, and Lead of the Meetings, Events, and Learning Centre. Janelle's early career included a long tenure at Boulevard Travel from September 1997 to July 2010, where responsibilities ranged from Junior Travel Coordinator to Manager of Sports Team Travel. Janelle holds a degree in Travel and Tourism from Career College in Edmonton, Alberta, and pursued studies at the University of Saskatchewan from 1992 to 1995.
