Lindsey Pearson

Lindsey Pearson has a range of experience in human resources and leadership roles. Lindsey is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Badger Liquor Co., Inc., where they lead operational growth and efficiencies. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the company. Before joining Badger Liquor Co., Inc., Lindsey held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at the same company, where they oversaw various functional areas including employee relations, recruitment, and training. Lindsey also has experience in the non-profit sector, serving as the Board of Directors Vice Chair at Ronald McDonald House Charities. Earlier in their career, they worked at Plexus Corp as a Human Resources Manager and Generalist.

Lindsey Pearson obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, having studied there from 1998 to 2002.
