Rebecca Bertram, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a solid background in leadership and HR initiatives. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Badger Liquor Co., Inc. since August 2021, Rebecca previously held the same title at Fleet Farm, Velocity Machine, Inc., and The Commonwealth Companies. Rebecca's expertise encompasses recruitment and selection, employee relations, onboarding, compensation and benefits analysis, and employee training and development. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
