Aizelle Dela Vega has extensive work experience in customer support and quality assurance roles. Aizelle started their career at Aegis PeopleSupport, Inc. in 2006 as a Quality Assurance Supervisor and held the position until 2012. Following that, they joined Brady Corporation in 2012 as a Quality Assurance Analyst until 2015. In 2016, Aizelle joined Badger Maps, Inc. as an Email/Chat Support representative and later took on the role of an Online Support Senior Team Lead from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Support Manager at Badger Maps, Inc. starting from September 2020.

Aizelle Dela Vega completed their Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from San Pablo Colleges, from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended the University of the Philippines Los Baños from 2003 to 2005, where they studied Statistics. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in "Essential Lessons for First-Time Managers" from LinkedIn in April 2022.
