Brad Berry

Brad Berry is an experienced Technical Support Analyst with a focus on the water and wastewater industries, currently employed at Badger Meter following its acquisition of Trimble Inc. Brad commenced work at Trimble Inc. in February 2022, providing tier-3 support, diagnosing issues, and onboarding clients before transitioning to Badger Meter in January 2024. Prior to this, Brad's technical career included a role as a Technical Specialist at Apple, where hardware and software troubleshooting was performed, along with previous positions as an Account Manager and Specialist. Early career experience includes customer service roles at Wegmans Food Markets and a Cartography Project Management Internship at Geneseo Administrative Systems. Brad holds a degree from SUNY Geneseo, earned between 2015 and 2019.
