Dale Matthews

Dale Matthews is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in the flow instrumentation and power systems industries. Currently, as the Director of Sales for Flow Instrumentation at Badger Meter since January 2021, Matthews provides leadership to ensure the execution of the company's business plan for the US and Canadian markets. Prior experience includes a decade at Generac Power Systems, where Matthews held various positions including Director of Sales, National Account Manager, and Regional Development Manager, focusing on private label management and wholesale account strategies. Previous roles also include account management at HD Supply Plumbing/HVAC Group, regional management at TTI brands - Milwaukee Tool Company, and management at The Home Depot.
