Erica Hermann Msm

Erica Hermann, MSM has a solid work experience in various roles and industries. Erica started their career at Northwestern Mutual as an Associate Financial Representative, where they successfully delivered customer service and administration, resulting in over $1M in sales in one quarter. Erica collaborated with the Financial Representative to drive customer retention and upsell opportunities and established acquisition strategies for clients.

After that, Erica joined ASQ - World Headquarters, where they first worked as a Volunteer Relations Coordinator and then progressed to become a Product Development Specialist. Erica initiated multiple process improvement initiatives that resulted in time and cost savings. Erica was recognized multiple times for their exemplary contributions to business transformation efforts and employee engagement.

Currently, Erica is working at Badger Meter as a Software Marketing Manager. Erica initially joined as an Associate Product Manager and later became a Product Manager. In their role, they championed the full Software as a Service suite, developed processes to enhance communication to internal stakeholders, generated marketing and technical documentation, and collaborated with hardware product management teams to integrate siloed products into one application. Erica also created internal processes for efficiently collecting customer feedback and introduced new technologies to increase data-driven decision making throughout the organization.

Erica Hermann, MSM, received their Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree at the same university, with a sub-major in Community-Based Organizational Leadership within the field of study of Community Engagement and Education.
