Gerardo Minjares has extensive work experience in various roles related to quality assurance and engineering. Gerardo started their career as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Delphi Harrison Thermal Systems in 1996 and worked there until 1999. In 1999, they joined GE Healthcare as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where they oversaw operations, modified equipment, and made recommendations for process improvements for a period of 11 years. In 2010, Gerardo joined Schneider Electric as a Quality Assurance Engineer, responsible for production line switchboards and safety switches. Gerardo also participated in NPI meetings and promoted Kaizen teams to streamline workflow. In 2019, Gerardo joined Grede Holdings LLC as a Quality Engineer, where they had overall responsibility for PFMEA creation and update for specific customers on metal castings and conducted internal quality audits. Gerardo joined Talgo in 2020 as a Quality Assurance Manager and then in 2022, they joined Badger Meter as a Quality Engineer II.
Gerardo Minjares has an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Delicias. Gerardo is also an ASQ member, obtaining the certification from the ASQ - World Headquarters in January 2023. Additionally, Gerardo has been certified as a Solid Rocket motor designer AE-101 from Wickman spacecraft and propulsion Co., obtaining the certification in April 2004.
