Helen Morscher

Helen Morscher is a seasoned training and education professional with extensive experience in developing innovative training materials for adult learners. Currently serving as Senior Training Services Product Manager at Badger Meter since October 2010, Helen Morscher specializes in researching, designing, and implementing multi-media training resources. Previous roles include Training Development Specialist at SEWI-ASTD and Training Specialist supporting over 350 employees across multiple departments at American General Life Companies. Earlier experience includes teaching 8th grade Social Studies at Milwaukee Public Schools and serving as an Assistant English Teacher in Japan through the Tokyo Board of Education. Helen Morscher holds a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
