Kelly Lorenz

Kelly Lorenz has over 16 years of professional experience in human resources management. Kelly most recently served as the Human Resources Operations Manager at Badger Meter since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ER Wagner as the Senior Human Resources Manager from February 2022 to May 2023. Kelly also spent a significant portion of their career at Kohl's Department Stores, where they held the position of Human Resource Manager from June 2006 to February 2022.

Kelly Lorenz attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Retail Merchandising and Management with a focus on Retail Management. In addition, they recently obtained a certification in Human Resource from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in December 2021.
