Matthew Menzel

Matthew Menzel is an accomplished professional in product management and new product development, currently serving as the Director of Global Product Management at Badger Meter since October 2023. Prior experience includes a decade at Briggs & Stratton, where roles spanned from Senior Director of New Product Development to various director positions focused on product management and engineering. Menzel has a proven track record in managing product lifecycles, driving innovation, and optimizing resources to enhance financial performance across multiple business units. Previous experience also includes application engineering leadership at Cummins Power Generation, where Menzel significantly improved customer response times and led successful new product introduction initiatives. Menzel holds an MBA from Indiana University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
