Erica Grant

Erica Grant has a diverse work experience in the mining industry. Erica started their career in 2001 as a Senior Metallurgical Engineer at Newmont Mining Corporation, where they worked until 2008. Erica then joined Atlas Resin Proppants as an Operations Manager from 2008 to 2014. Erica then transitioned to Badger Mining Corp., where they held multiple roles, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Research and Development. In 2019, Erica became the President of Star Blends, where they also served as a General Manager. Currently, Erica is the Vice President of Operations at Badger Mining Corporation, starting in 2022.

Erica Grant attended Michigan Technological University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering. Erica also holds a certification in "Managing Cash, Profit and Value" from the Growth Institute, which they obtained in March 2021.
