Terese Montano is an experienced claims professional with a background in both insurance and long-term care benefits analysis. Currently serving as a Claims Adjuster at Badger Mutual Insurance Company since April 2021, Terese previously worked as a Long Term Care Benefits Analyst at Northwestern Mutual for a brief period in early 2021. Prior to that, Terese spent over three decades at American Family Insurance, where responsibilities included investigating, evaluating, and negotiating complex injury claims as a Casualty Claim Adjuster. Terese holds a degree in Criminology & Law from Marquette University.
