Michael Reid

Michael Reid is an experienced professional in the sports development sector, currently serving as Head of Development at Badminton England since June 2015. Prior roles at Badminton England include Facilities Manager and multiple Relationship Manager positions across various regions. Prior to this, Michael worked as a self-employed badminton coach from September 2009 to July 2015 and held a position as Quality Control Specialist at Birds Eye UK & IE. Earlier in the career at Young's Seafood, Michael functioned as a Warehouse Team Member. Michael holds a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation from the University of Hull and A-Levels in Biology, Sports, Geography, and Maths from Franklin College, Grimsby. Additionally, Michael has completed GCSEs from Healing Science Academy, Grimsby.
