Ray Marley

Ray Marley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations, currently serving as Director at Sancus Operations and Nevern Valley Consulting Ltd, and as Safeguarding Director for Badminton Wales. Ray's previous positions include involvement with Badminton England, the Football Association, and the Police Appeals Tribunal, as well as significant contributions as Chair of the Fitness to Practise Panel at the Nursing & Midwifery Council. With a long career at Surrey Police culminating in the role of Detective Superintendent, Ray also has experience in local governance as a Parish Councillor with Wonersh Parish Council. Ray holds a postgraduate diploma in Community & Criminal Justice from De Montfort University.
