Robert Bastiaan

Robert has a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and a Master in Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Twente, the Netherlands. With specific knowledge in the field of innovation and lean manufacturing he started as Production Manager in Badotherm Holland in 2006. In 2010 Robert became the second member of the third generation to join the management team as Operations & technology Director. In this role he ensures that all global production and service facilities operate at the desired technical level.
