Yiannis Dimakopoulos is an accomplished culinary professional specializing in sushi, with extensive experience across prestigious establishments. Since May 2014, Yiannis has held the position of Head Sushi Chef at Matsuhisa Restaurants Europe and is also serving as Head Sushi Chef at Badrutt's Palace Hotel since November 2018.
