Al Whitmore

Al Whitmore is an experienced executive in the defense and technology sectors, currently serving as President of the Intelligence & Security sector at BAE Systems, Inc. Previously, Al held multiple senior leadership positions at General Dynamics Information Technology, including Senior Vice President of the Global Solutions Division and Senior Vice President for the Navy and Air Force Systems Division. Additional roles at General Dynamics Network Systems and General Dynamics Mission Systems included Vice President of Air Force & Navy Solutions and Vice President of General Dynamics Interactive. Al began their career at GTE Government Systems, progressing from Business Development Manager to Vice President of Business Development & International Acquisition. Al holds a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Brown University.
