Allison Prior

Allison Prior is a qualified CIPD Level 3 and Level 5 HR professional, currently studying Level 7 in strategic HR management. They serve as a Principal HR Advisor at BAE Systems, Inc. since 2019, and previously held positions as an HR Officer at both YMCA Thames Gateway and Bovis Homes, where they managed various HR functions including recruitment and performance management.
