Eva Lovelace Tsui

Eva Lovelace Tsui, MS, currently serves as a Senior Principal Advisor for Organizational Design, Effectiveness, and Change Management at Gartner since April 2023. Formerly, Eva held the position of Senior Program Manager in People Insights at Micron Technology, where responsibilities included developing a global employee listening program, implementing organizational development initiatives, and overseeing enterprise-wide survey management. Prior experience includes roles as Talent Management Program Manager at Micron Technology, Talent Management Analyst for the City of Long Beach, and various HR internships. Eva earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
