Christine Tello-Lorenz, PsyD, MS, is a seasoned leadership and talent development consultant with extensive experience across diverse organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Leadership & Talent Development Consultant at BAE Systems, Christine designs and facilitates workshops for mid-senior leaders, develops career management resources, and champions Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Previous roles include Leadership Development Specialist at UniFirst Corporation, where Christine managed leadership programs and coached senior leaders, and Professional Development Trainer for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, focusing on strategic sourcing. As a Doctoral Student in Leadership Psychology at William James College, Christine gained expertise in organizational behavior and talent development.
