Christine Tello-Lorenz is a Senior Leadership & Talent Development Consultant at BAE Systems, Inc., where responsibilities include designing and facilitating workshops for mid-senior leaders and managing a coaching leaders program. Previously, Christine served as a Leadership Development Specialist at UniFirst Corporation, overseeing a flagship leadership program and developing virtual training initiatives. As a part-time Doctoral Student in Leadership Psychology at William James College, Christine focused on organizational behavior and talent development.
