Dave Kaufman

Dave Kaufman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industries. As President of both BAE Systems, Inc. and Ball Aerospace, Kaufman has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities, previously serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President & General Manager of National Defense. Prior to these roles, Kaufman worked as a Spacecraft Systems Engineer at Boeing Satellite Systems and as a Thermal Engineer at Hughes Space and Communications. Kaufman holds both a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Caltech, where studies were completed between 1989 and 1994.
