David Reynolds

David Reynolds, PMP, has extensive experience in the IT and defense sectors, currently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Manager at BAE Systems, Inc. since April 2004. Reynolds leads a business unit focused on delivering IT service solutions to Department of Defense customers, managing an annual budget of approximately $100 million, and overseeing program execution and strategic partnerships. Previous roles include Director of Enterprise IT Solutions, Director of Strategy, and Chief of Staff to the President of Intelligence & Security, where Reynolds developed market strategies and integrated business plans. An accomplished program director, Reynolds has a solid track record of winning contract competitions and developing personnel. David holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Psychology from William & Mary.
