Dwain Kincaid

Dwain Kincaid, QEP, is an experienced Environmental Specialist Principal at BAE Systems, Inc., where they focus on environmental compliance and permitting. With a robust background in air quality management, Dwain has held key positions, including Vice President at Kentuckiana Engineering Company, Inc. and Senior Consultant at Air Quality Services, LLC. Their extensive experience includes preparing PSD permit applications for major power plants and utilizing air dispersion modeling tools. Dwain has also served as Chair of the Kentucky Chapter of the Air & Waste Management Association and holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and a concentration in Environmental Science from WKU.
