Heidi Novack

Heidi Novack is a Program Engineering Manager at BAE Systems, Inc. since August 2017, specializing in Earned Value techniques to lead hardware team efforts in design and development for the EPAWSS project. Previously serving as the Systems EQT Lead for EPAWSS, Novack also held positions as a Control Account Manager and Hardware Lead. Prior experience includes working as a Robotics Mechanical Engineer Co-op at QinetiQ North America and a Product Development Co-op at iRobot. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering & Technical Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, and study abroad experiences at Swinburne University of Technology and John Cabot University.
