Philip Chan

Philip Chan, PMP, is an accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale engineering and operations initiatives. Currently with Rogers Communications since October 2022, Philip oversees national program initiatives, including access transport cable and FTTX and 5G/4G deployment, with a governance budget exceeding $100 million. Prior roles include leading programs at Xplornet Communications, where Philip managed a CAPEX budget of over $90 million for the development of next-generation networks, and at Tucows, where responsibilities included overseeing a national FTTH program. Philip's earlier career included project management and coordination roles at Toronto Community Housing, Empire Communities, Mady Development Corp, and Enermodal Engineering, focused on construction and sustainable design projects. Philip holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree from the University of Waterloo.
