Jessica Romio

Jessica Romio is an experienced engineering and cyber security professional with a robust background in systems engineering, security architectures, and software development. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager and Senior Principal Systems Engineer at BAE Systems, Inc. since February 2017, Jessica has expertise in requirements analysis, design, and verification of software, utilizing agile methodologies, and collaborating with various stakeholders within the Department of Defense (DoD). Prior roles include Cyber Security Engineer at BAE Systems and SPAWAR, where responsibilities encompassed security assessments, the preparation of security plans, and conducting vulnerability assessments. Jessica began a career as a Global Supply Chain Analyst at Northrop Grumman Corporation and holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security Operations and Leadership from the University of San Diego, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from San Diego State University.
