Justin Grayer, Ph.D., is a staff consultant and EO/IR payload architect with 17 years of experience in developing, analyzing, building, and testing optical and laser systems. Grayer has held various roles, including staff physicist and senior systems engineer at Northrop Grumman, and has contributed to technical execution as both an individual contributor and leader of engineering teams. Grayer possesses advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from the University of Missouri-Columbia, along with several certifications in Optical Engineering and Machine Learning from UC Irvine.
