Kara Ladner

Kara Ladner, PMP, has extensive experience in production planning and program management, with a background at AAI Corporation as a Production Planner from February 2004 to June 2006. Most recently, Kara has held various roles at BAE Systems, Inc. since April 2020, including Program Manager II, Program Manager III, and Materials Manager I, focusing on reviewing MRP output, managing government material specifications, and ensuring efficient material flow to production. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Penn State University, complemented by a high school diploma from Susquehannock High School.
