Keith Guay

Keith Guay is a Principal Mechanical Engineer at BAE Systems, Inc., where they have progressed through various engineering roles since 2016, including participation in the Engineering Leadership Development Program. They hold a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's Degree with Distinction in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Previously, Keith has held positions as a Research Intern at Kellogg's Research Labs and worked in customer service roles at Nike. In addition to their engineering expertise, they served as a Crimson Key Tour Guide at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
