Matt Waesche

Matt Waesche serves as the Chief Learning Officer at BAE Systems, Inc. since May 2022, where responsibilities include designing and implementing impactful learning strategies to attract and retain talent. Prior positions at BAE Systems include Director of HR for Air and Space Force Solutions and Corporate Infrastructure, as well as Director of HR for Ship Repair, and Human Resources Manager overseeing ship repair operations in various regions. Matt's career began in the US Navy, progressing from Airman to LCDR, with roles in aviation and human resources. Matt holds a Master of Science in Leadership Development and HR Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Diego State University, and an Associate of Arts from Southwestern Community College.
