Dan Smith is the Chief Learning Officer at Winning By Design. With a background in sales, Dan has experience in various roles such as Account Executive at ToutApp and Head of Sales at Ringadoc. Prior to their sales career, Dan worked as a Trauma Tech at UCLA Health System and as a Research Study Assistant at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Dan also has experience as an Academic Coach and Co-Founder of the non-profit organization One Heart Source. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Science from UCLA.
