Nick Mostek has held various influential roles in the aerospace and defense sectors, with a focus on payload architecture and mission systems engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Consultant - Payload Architect at BAE Systems, Inc. since February 2024, Nick has previously contributed to Ball Aerospace as a Staff Consultant Systems Engineer - Mission Architect from September 2016 to February 2024, specializing in EO/IR payload design, mission architecture development, and advanced technology initiatives. Prior experience includes significant positions at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, UC Berkeley, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Indiana University, and Iowa State University, where expertise in remote sensing, missile defense, and astrophysics was cultivated.
