Noel Dahlke

Noel Dahlke currently serves as the Director of Business Development at BAE Systems, Inc., focusing on C4ISR business development within the defense and aerospace sectors. Prior to this role, Noel was the Air Sea Integration Principal Acquisition Program Manager at NAVWAR PEO C4I, where responsibilities included the integration and interoperability of manned and unmanned aircraft systems. Noel's extensive background in the U.S. Navy includes serving as Commanding Officer of the Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, overseeing multiple sites and ensuring efficient ordnance management, as well as directing undersea warfare exercise development at the Naval Mine and ASW Command.
