Scott Reed

Scott Reed is the Director of Strategy and Growth at BAE Systems, Inc., bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in national security technologies. Previously, they served as a Senior Executive at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), where they led initiatives to enhance military capabilities and fostered collaborations across various combatant commands. Reed's earlier roles in the United States Air Force included F-15C Instructor Pilot and Vice Commander of the largest Air Force wing in Europe. They hold multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in National Security Strategy from the National Defense University and a Master’s in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Washington.
