Steven Turner

Steven Turner is an accomplished Chief Scientist in Mixed-Signal IC Research at BAE Systems, Inc., where leadership in research efforts within FAST Labs has positioned the organization at the forefront of technology. With over $25 million in customer-funded research captured as proposal lead, Steven plays a pivotal role as Principal Investigator and mentors junior engineers and scientists. Steven's expertise extends to high-speed mixed-signal ICs utilizing advanced technologies, including InP HBT, SiGe BiCMOS, and SOI CMOS. Prior experiences include significant research and design internships at various companies, along with dedicated academic work culminating in a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine.
