Tom Norman is the Head of Legal for the Rochester Business Centre at BAE Systems, a position held since 2025. From 2015 to 2025, Tom served as a Legal Counsel specializing in Intellectual Property and Technology Law at BAE Systems, providing legal advice on various business affairs. Prior to this, Tom worked at Nuance Communications as a Senior Manager of Legal Services from 2014 to 2015, supporting multiple business units in the EMEA region. Tom’s earlier experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at SAS from 2011 to 2014, focusing on legal compliance and commercial contracts in the Financial Services sector. Tom earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth between 1996 and 1999.
