Andy McDonald

Andy McDonald is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Baerlocher USA since March 2022, bringing extensive experience in the chemical industry. Prior to this role, Andy served as Product Line Engineering Leader and Product Group Leader at The Shepherd Color Company from December 2015 to March 2022. Andy also held multiple positions at The Shepherd Chemical Company between January 1995 and December 2015, including Production Team Leader, Process/Production Engineer, Research and Development Chemist, and Quality Assurance Chemist. Andy earned a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati in 2000 and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the same institution in 1994, following education at St. Xavier High School, which concluded in 1988.
