Emanuele Spessot

Emanuele Spessot possesses extensive experience in process engineering and quality management within the casting industry, currently serving as the Head of Process Engineering & Quality & Lean at Baettr since April 2019. Spessot has a strong background in strategic development of casting processes, design documentation, and collaboration on "Design For Manufacturing" initiatives. Previous roles include positions at Global Castings AS as a Foundry Specialist and at Tecnocontrol Srl in technical sales and management. Spessot has also held a technical and R&D manager position at Castalia srl, overseeing foundry operations and customer support for aluminum component development. Emanuele Spessot's educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Metallurgy from Università degli Studi di Padova, alongside master's and bachelor's degrees in mechanical engineering from Università degli Studi di Udine.
