Hugo Anselmo de Lima has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as a Sales Intern at Santander Bank. Hugo later worked as an HR Intern at Federal Regional Court - 5th Region in 2010. In 2012, they joined ABA Global Education, initially as a Marketing Assistant and later as an Entrepreneurship Educator at Maple Bear School until 2021. In 2016, Hugo became a Co-Founder and partner at BAEX Executive Education, a business school focused on developing executives and organizational managers. In 2017, they co-founded Expacer, an organization that teaches entrepreneurship for kids and teenagers through gamefication and project learning methods. In 2018, Hugo became a Co-Founder of Beehive Coworking. In 2023, they participated as a YLAI Fellow in the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative and also worked as a Fellow with Future Founders, collaborating on entrepreneurial education programs for middle and high schools through the U.S. Department of State YLAI program.
Hugo Anselmo de Lima obtained a Bachelor of Education (BEd) from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco from 2005 to 2008. Hugo then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from UNINASSAU between 2009 and 2013. In 2022, they obtained a verified certification in "The Entrepreneurial Mindset" from Babson College through edX.
