Doug Sulliman

Doug Sulliman is an experienced health, safety, and environmental (HSE) professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as HSE Coordinator at Baffinland since August 2018, Doug has held previous positions at Integral Energy Services Ltd. as HSE Coordinator and HSE Lead, as well as roles such as HSE Safety Manager at Scott Steel Erectors Inc., and HSSE Lead for multiple projects at SRS Industrial and Pacer Promec Energy Corporation. Doug's expertise includes implementing safety regulations and policies, conducting job safety analyses, and training personnel in occupational health and safety. Prior to a focus on HSE, Doug had significant experience in business development as Director at Frank Crystal & Co. and in sports as Assistant Coach for the Phoenix Coyotes.
