Health and Safety Management

The Health and Safety Management team at Baffinland is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure working environment for all employees and contractors at the Mary River site. They develop and implement safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, all while promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization. This team also collaborates with environmental coordinators to integrate sustainable practices and address any health, safety, and environmental concerns specific to Arctic mining operations.
