Charlie Ayres has worked in a variety of positions since 2011. Charlie began their career as a Sales Executive at Virgin Media in 2011. In 2012, they moved to Canny Media as an Operations Coordinator. In 2015, they were an Account Manager at AltAssets. In 2016, they were a Business Development Manager at FinTech Global. Finally, in 2017, they became Co-founder & COO of Bagboard.

Charlie Ayres attended the University of York from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy.
