Camilo Lis, MD, is a seasoned Senior Medical Affairs and Clinical Research leader with over 20 years of experience in rare diseases, gastrointestinal health, and immunology. Currently, Camilo serves as the Head of Clinical Research at Laboratorios Bagó, where responsibilities include managing clinical research activities and ensuring regulatory compliance. Previously, they held significant roles at Takeda, Shire, and other pharmaceutical companies, leading teams in evidence generation and clinical trial management across Latin America. Camilo's expertise encompasses innovative evidence generation approaches and regulatory compliance, contributing to the successful launch of numerous rare disease products.
